Mission Statement
The Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Officer Association was created for the purpose of bridging the gap between our officers and the citizens of Los Gatos and Monte Sereno.
Our association seeks to accomplish this mission through the following objectives:
The purpose of the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Officer Association is to represent our police officer personnel in matters relating to employment, benefits, and well-being. Our goal is to keep our department competitive so that we continue to provide the highly skilled and intelligent police force that our community deserves.
The purpose of the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Officer Association is to support our members in all legal endeavors, ensure that our police officer personnel have the tools and resources needed to effectively protect our community, and give back to the local organizations that strive to make the Town of Los Gatos and the Town of Monte Sereno a better place.
