On behalf of the Los Gatos–Monte Sereno Police Officers' Association, thank you.

This association represents the officers, corporals, and sergeants who police Los Gatos and Monte Sereno. We work this beat every day, in communities we care about deeply — and we're proud to serve places that still expect the job done right.

Our members are here to protect people, our community's children, homes, businesses, and property, and to keep these communities places people are proud to call home. That takes trained officers, the right tools and equipment, and a public that stands with its police department even when the easy thing is to look away. Public safety isn't something that happens on its own — it's built on trust between officers and the people they serve, and earning that trust is something we carry with us on every shift.

We also show up off the radio. Local events. Charitable work. The quiet hours that don't make a press release, because this community is our home too. If you've backed this department and this association, you already know why that matters to us.

This year also brings contract negotiations, when the association and the Town sit down to set the terms — pay, benefits, hours, and working conditions — for the officers, corporals, and sergeants who work this beat. A fair contract helps us keep experienced officers here, in a small department, so our communities keep the level of service they've come to know and trust. But the work of protecting this community doesn't pause for that process, and we'll need your support throughout it.
